A Two-Part Career Launchpad

The Adobe Digital Academy is structured into two compelling phases:

  1. Phase 1 – Scholarship-Funded Training: Candidates receive tuition support and a monthly living stipend, covering immersive bootcamps at General Assembly in one of these areas: Software Engineering, UX Design (both full-time, 12 weeks, November 2025–February 2026); or Digital Marketing and Technical Sales (10 weeks, December 2025–February 2026).(turn0search1)(#cite)
  2. Phase 2 – Apprenticeship & Career Entry: High-performing bootcamp graduates are invited to interview for a 3-month technical internship with Adobe’s teams. This hands-on experience includes mentorship, relocation support, competitive compensation, and the possibility of full-time employment.

Who Is This For?

Intentionally designed for underrepresented and non-traditional talent, the program welcomes participants with 2–4 years of success in fields like education, arts, journalism, or business—not already enrolled in degree programs. Prior tech experience is welcome but not required. Decision factors include growth mindset, perseverance, strong communication, and alignment with Adobe’s values.
